My parents recently stayed in woodlands Bengaluru. They were extremely impressed with the service and hospitality. I would highly recommend Woodlands

we had booked our reservation in woodlands bangalore(Raja Ram mohan roy road) from 19 to 21st and the experience was harrowing. The rooms are dirty, the kitchen is unhygienic, with rats crawling around during breakfast. The internet keeps dropping and when enquired they said that they are having problem with wifi. The tiffin and tea/coffee service also has delays and need multiple reminders to get the service. When guests check in, the hotel does not seem to bother about receiving the guests and checking them into a neat room. Our room had dirty linen, and beds were dirty, and we had to complain at the reservation desk and had made them to change the room. For their mistake, we were charged extra for the replacement room. Next day morning, during our complimentary breakfast, we saw rats crawling out of kitchen, how are we expected to be ok with this type of harrowing experience? Lastly we also had our dinner in the restaurant within the hotel, and they dont seem to accommodate south indian options, for guests. While it is ok to serve north indian food, are we to expect only one type of cuisine and show this type of discrimination. If left to us we would not suggest this hotel to our friends, and more importantly has tarnished the image that "Woodlands" has for all this while. Hope the management takes into consideration this review and concentrates on improving and addressing concerns raised thereby creating a good wholesome experience for guests. Until then we will have to think of other choices.

The food for breakfast and lunch options were excellent. The property was once well known but presently needs renovations.

As per ******* , the room was supposed to be air conditioned . But on check in , they said that booking was for non A/C , Why this discrepancy ?
